Brush or vacuum regularly to remove surface dirt. Machine or hand wash at 30c, do not wash with other articles and ensure the mat doesn't overload your machine. Do not use fabric softeners or detergents containing them. Leave to dry naturally and ensure your mat is completely dry before placing onto your floor.
